Support efforts to:Governance: Strengthen corporate governance, as well as company processes and controls.Strategy: Develop and oversee implementation of strategic growth initiatives.Human resources: Identify human resource gaps and oversee recruitment of senior executives to augment the strength of the company's team.Financial reporting: Develop appropriate monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reporting templates which can be used by company for ongoing reporting requirements.Operations: Identify opportunities for improved efficiency and work with the senior team to resolve.ESG: Assess, monitor, and facilitate the resolution of environmental, social and governance issues at portfolio companies.Sales, marketing & distribution: Identify and resolve any sales, marketing, and product distribution challenges or constraints.Candidate Profile: Previous senior level responsibility in an agribusiness company required. 7-years of relevant agribusiness operating experience. Should have clear understanding of how work at portfolio company links directly to value creation for shareholders, and in particular a private equity firm.
